For years I used Lavazza for my espresso machine until I finally tried Illy...It was a revelation with trumpets blowing and angels singing. The flavor is awesome and no bitterness. I can even have a "mini" at night and still sleep without any caffeine rushes. If you are going to drink coffee, espressos, lattes, capuccinos you must use ILLY..10 stars from our household.
