Description:
  • Softens your water so that less limescale is built up inside your espresso machine - this is very important for semi-commercial machines with heat exchangers
  • Resins are rechargeable with table salt for up to one year - recommended to recharge at least once or twice a month
  • Canister Height: Approximately 2 inches and extension about 1 inch
  • Can be used in all pump model espresso machines that have a water intake tube in the espresso machine's reservoir. This water softener must be attached to the water intake tube. It will not be effective to just place it in the water reservoir. 
  • Warning: Upon receipt and use, please make sure that canister does not leak resins. Sometimes the screen breaks or moves during shipping (even after being well packed), and resins will fall out. If you use install it with resins leaking, we are NOT liable for any damage.
  • Please note that water softeners are not returnable under our return policy.
  • The water softener must be inspected for damage and recharged prior to use - a link for instructions is included on the invoice with shipment

Well, can't get really excited about a water softener. It's easy to attach, easy to charge (1st-line will email a link on how to do it) and is a no-brainer to protect the innards of your machine.

I have no problems with this softener, but I can not find instructions on how to recharge. Please provide these for me. Editor's Note: Instructions are provided with purchase. If purchased somewhere else, please contact the dealer. if purchase from us, please email us with the invoice number for the purchase of this item and we will gladly forward the instructions for recharging.
