When I first got my Rancilio Silvia, I had been using my old 20 oz. Nespresso frothing pitcher. It never produced good results and always left me with too much milk for a single cappuccino. I then upgraded to a 12 oz. frothing pitcher my mother had bought for $3.00, and was able to get consistent rosettas with that one.
Fast forward, I purchased this 12 oz. (EP-12) pitcher, and WOW. I just finished pulling my first shot, steamed some milk and poured a sharp looking rosetta into my 4.5 oz. traditional cappuccino cup. The tip of the spout is definitely more defined than my cheaper 12 oz. pitcher. Makes a world of a difference.

This pitcher is absolutely perfect for single cappucino! It is made well and is easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

Nice pitcher, however a bit small in frothing for two nice size cappuccinos. My mistake, I had to buy another size.

Nicely shaped and constructed pitcher, but just too small for 2 at a time (I just wasn't thinking). We returned and moved up to 20 oz.
