I recieved my Grand Maccinino within days of my order. Unfortunately, the hopper was damaged in transit. 1st-line customer service worked quickly to ship a replacement hopper within days. It grinds the beans just perfert for my Isomac Tea II Expresso Machine and looks great sitting next to it as well. Thanks for the great customer service is providing replacement parts so quickly.

While this grinder doesn't have a timer on it, it still is a great grinder. The only modification it needed was a change on a limit screw. I pulled out the limit screw on the hopper completely. It comes out easily with an allen wrench. It has been excellent so far from french press to espresso.
