	My first impression upon unpacking the Royal "Professional" SuperAutomatic was that it felt like a plastic toy. I began having trouble with the motor after making 12 coffees. The instructions indicate that cleaning should be performed once a week, but I do not think that is enough as the coffee grounds easily found their way to the brew unit mechanism's moving parts. I also had trouble with the automatic milk frothing attachment. I found it difficult to adjust and it delivers a lot of hot water (instead of frothy milk). Luckily I bought this machine from 1st-line and I was able to return this machine in exchange for a different model. I will happily recommend 1st-Line to my friends.

	Great machine good value makes great Espresso and Cappuccino. Unfortunatly The water tank was cracked when I recieved the machine. I called that day and Michele and Jim took care of it and within two days I was up and running

	We love our Saeco Coffee Machine. We had to have it serviced - I can not say enough good things about your service department. They worked on our machine in an efficient and timely manner. They were extremely helpful by keeping me informed on the progress. They were very professional.

	I have had this machine for 9 months now. I have been impressed with the quality of the machine and the coffee it produces. It operates the same as the day I bought it, and we've never had any problems. (2600 cups and counting) My family loves the coffee, and it is simple to operate, yet there are enough programmable features that you can set it up just as you want it. I have the temp set at the next to highest level and the coffee is HOT. I can't imagine the maximum setting. The coffee has good crema and aroma. After seeing other super-automatics that are on the market, I feel this one is very solid and well made. You can't go wrong in my opinion.

	I'm a novice at this and was very greatful this experience was so good. it was easy to use, provided great espresso, easy to use and wasn't messy. You got to get one of these!
